1. Our Services

Otal Institution provides Forex education, mentorship, and training programs.

• We do not provide financial or investment advice.
• We do not manage funds or trade on behalf of students.
• Our programs are designed strictly for educational purposes.

2. Risk Management

Trading in the Forex market involves risk. While our training is designed to equip you with knowledge and skills:

• We always encourage our students to apply proper risk management, which, of course, we teach them while trading.
• Your success in trading depends on the knowledge you gain, your effort, and the market conditions.
• You are responsible for your trading activities and financial decisions.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• VIP Signals must be paid for in full before access is granted.
• For our Forex Starter, Advanced Course, Web3 Courses, and Mentorship Programs, we accept a 50% installment payment option. However, the balance must be paid in full before the stipulated deadline assigned to you. This ensures you can enjoy our complete services and successfully complete your program.
• Fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where otherwise stated.
• Otal Institution reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect payments already made.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, materials, and resources provided by Otal Institution are the intellectual property of Otal Institution.
• Students may use them for personal learning only.
• You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Abusive language, fraud, or misconduct may lead to removal from programs without refund.
• Sharing your account or materials with non-registered users is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Otal Institution is not responsible for any financial losses, damage, or liabilities.

7. Changes to Terms
